Loft in the old fabric
This loft is a unique space that reflects the owner's interest in art and design.
The place was created for him and tailored to his needs, it is a combination of an artist's atelier, a place of inspiration and a family home. Thanks to a large, well-designed space, it fulfills both functions.
The main assumption here was to let in as much natural light as possible, which was achieved by many roof windows, terrace and also roofing sheets from polycarbonate that let in light. Open spaces are connected regardless of the level in the apartment, giving a feeling of huge space and lightness. Open spaces are connected despite the different levels on which they are located, which gives a sense of space and lightness.
The game of lights, levels and open space makes this apartment one of a kind.
Loft has 180m2 and three levels. On the ground floor we have an open kitchen with a big living room, bathroom with a bath and two rooms. On the first level there is a big open space with a view on the roof terrasse and a second bathroom with a shower. There is also the third, master bedroom.
