Welcome to our project – a beautifully renovated 60m² apartment located in the vibrant 20th arrondissement of Paris. This space has been thoughtfully designed to combine modern functionality with timeless elegance, creating a home that is both stylish and comfortable.
In this renovation, we aimed to preserve and celebrate the apartment's original charm by carefully restoring its exquisite decorative elements. The intricate ceiling moldings, elegant solid wood parquet flooring, and the magnificent marble fireplace were meticulously refurbished to emphasize their timeless beauty. Additionally, the original, beautifully crafted stove was retained, adding a distinctive historic character to the space. To harmonize these classic features with modern living, we incorporated bespoke furniture, bold accents of color, and sleek contemporary design elements. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming interior that seamlessly blends tradition with modernity.
