Mini, bright loft in a old factory 

The apartment was created in an old factory building. The main concept here is around three materials : steel, wood and concrete which gives a factory loft style keeping his cozy side.

Apartment has 40m² ground floor with an open kitchen connected with a big room, bathroom and a mezzanine. The division of the apartment allows to distinguish two private and common zones, as well as extend the surface.  One of the biggest advantages is undoubtedly the large window that covers almost the entire wall and gives a light for the whole day.

The building was totally renovated, including structure, substructure, elecrical installation and plumbing.
