Harmonious apartment in Le Marais 

The apartment has 100m² and is situated in the center of Le Marais, one of the most popular and charming quarters in Paris and just 200m from the Seine. It is located on the 4th and top floor of a tenement house with a beautiful historical staircase.

The idea was to create a natural and warm oasis away from he hustle and bustle of Paris. The main materials that appear in the apartment are, above all, birch, oak wood, and natural light thanks to 6 rooflights windows. In order to complete the natural concept, the bathroom was covered with green mosaic tiles and and equipped with an irrigation collector that's allowed to recover 50% of water for the suspended garden.

The design achieves a harmonious, bright, and cozy environment by combining high-quality materials with a layout that optimizes spaciousness.
